  • STEP is designed for neurodiverse adults who learn differently and need a program that adapts both the curriculum and the way it’s taught. We’ve modified our approach to be structured yet flexible, ensuring every participant gets the right support, hands-on learning, and real-world skills to succeed.
  • STEP is taught by DANI’s experienced instructors, who specialize in adaptive learning strategies and have a deep understanding of neurodiverse education. They focus on practical skills, hands-on learning, and personalized support, ensuring every participant gets the guidance they need to succeed.
  • The Service/Hospitality stream will provide industry-recognized certifications like Smart Serve, Food Handling, and OTEC certification.​

    The Technology stream provides DataCamp-accredited certifications in AI, Google Workspace, and Python programming, which are highly valued in the tech industry.

  • STEP is an in-person program, allowing for hands-on training and real-time interaction with instructors and peers.

  • STEP does not guarantee immediate job placement upon completion, it equips neurodiverse persons with targeted competencies that position them competitively in the labour market.

     STEP empowers neurodiverse adults to leverage valuable skills that employers actively seek, establishing them on a trajectory toward greater independence and wellbeing.
  • Upon completing a STEP stream, individuals become eligible to apply for WorkWise vocational services, gaining access to tailored employment support and career development opportunities.
