Anat came to the Chanukah party. She wants to join us. She came into DANI for the first time in a very long time. Before we saw her on the computer. She was singing a song. We sang with her Chanukah songs. We wear hats to celebrate. I wore a yellow hat. Anat came because she wants to sing with us for Chanukah. I really like when she came to see us. She played the Jonas Brothers because she cared about me. I got up and clapped and danced.
We had a Chanukah party because it’s fun and Chanukah is happening next week. On Chanukah I like hanging out with my workers at DANI and family and friends. I am excited for playing my dreidel. I’m excited to light my menorah and say the prayers. I’m excited to eat Chanukah donuts. My favourite flavour is plain. Potato latkes are good too. I like having potato latkes. I like putting plum sauce on them. I like ketchup too. Ketchup also works.
I am getting a Judy and David CD. I got the Wiggles CD Just Dance for Chanukah. And I’m going to light the menorah. We light the menorah at DANI. Maybe Mo or Izzy will light it. I like to help. I sing the prayers and Izzy holds the candle. I really like Chanukah and I like how Chanukah looks like. It’s like a festival of lights. I am ready for Chanukah.
